What is Korean relaxation?
You’ve never heard of Korean relaxation?
Well you are probably not the only one. When I started in the massage business I had no idea what to expect.
During the introduction of my Korean relaxation course I was a bit sceptical, as I didn’t immediately understand how this technique could have such a powerful effect on the recipient.
At the end of the first week, when I received my first Korean relaxation from a colleague, I was just blown away.
Korean relaxation is not a classical massage technique.
Through gentle stretching, vibration and pressure on the head, arms, hands, legs and feet the body achieves an extremely high level of relaxation.
In addition to a deep relaxation, Korean relaxation relaxes the muscles, decreases physical tensions, removes toxins from the body, improves blood circulation and energy, frees the respiration and gives a sensation of lightness to the legs.
By alternating stretching, rocking and vibrations of each part of the body, ranging from head to toe, the recipient will completely let go.
As the body is made up of 80% water, the vibrations resonate through the body and reach all of the muscles, bones, and nervous system.
It’s like the progression of rings on water that slowly cover the entire surface… a ripple effect!
The gently vibrations prodruce a floating sensation that will aid the recipient to enter a sort of trance and to slowly lose his/her track of time and direction.
Korean relaxation is a unique form of body treatment and should become more popular amongst massage therapists.
Only a few offer this technique on their menu, which keeps it unknown to the main public.
At Blue Tree Massage you can discover and enjoy this surprising and profound relaxation treatment.
