We propose 3 daily routines to boost your energy, your immune system and reduce your stress.
These exercises are simple and quick (approximatively 10 minutes each), and can be practiced daily with the entire family.
These ancestral techniques are based on acupressure, massage, breathing and stretching.
You can practice all 3 routines one after the other, or just the one that you prefer.
