3. Side Neck Stretch: Sit or stand with your back straight. Tilt your head to the right, bringing your right ear towards your right shoulder. You should feel a stretch on the left side of your neck. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
4. Neck Rotation Stretch: Sit or stand with your back straight. Slowly turn your head to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
5. Shoulder Rolls: Stand or sit with your back straight. Roll your shoulders forward in a circular motion, making large circles. After a few rotations, reverse the direction and roll them backward. Repeat 10-15 times in each direction.
6. Upper Trapezius Stretch: Sit or stand with your back straight. Reach your right arm over your head and grasp your left ear. Gently pull your head towards the right shoulder until you feel a stretch in the left side of your neck and shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
7. Levator Scapulae Stretch: Sit or stand with your back straight. Reach your right arm behind your back and grasp your left shoulder. Gently pull your head towards the right side, tilting it diagonally downwards. You should feel a stretch in the back and side of your neck. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
